Outline of our various protocols surrounding jet boat tours

Liability and Release Waiver

All guests and participants onboard are required to sign this waiver and participate in a mandatory safety briefing prior to proceeding on a tour.

Should you have questions or concerns, please contact us.

  • Late or No Show Policy

Timeliness allows us to deliver tours at requested times for all of our guests who make reservations. We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your tour. If you are late for your scheduled departure time, we’ll shorten your tour to meet the scheduled reservation times. If you fail to show up for your reserved tour, no refund will be issued.

  • Cancellation Policy

We understand plans or circumstances change and you may need to adjust your reservation. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour time and receive a full refund (or re-book). Cancellations inside of the 24 hour period (but before your scheduled tour) will result in a 50% refund of your tour price. No refunds are available for cancellations after your reserved tour time has started.

  • Weather Policy

The Captain of the vessel has the ultimate decision regarding whether or not a tour can proceed based on the weather conditions. Generally, we will not sail if winds exceed 20 kts, waves are larger than 1 metre and in thunder / lightning. Should we cancel a tour due to weather, you’ll be given the opportunity to re-book another time or receive a refund.

  • Passenger Conduct Policy

We expect our passengers to follow all regulations of the tour, the instructions and directions issued by the crew, and treat our crew members and fellow passengers with dignity and respect at all times. Abusive language or behavour directed towards our crew members or other passengers will not be tolerated. The Captain has the sole discretion to terminate a tour due to passenger behavour without refund.

  • Photographic Policy

You are welcome to take photos and video of our vessels, crews and various items throughout the tour. By participating with us, you also consent to having your photo or video taken by Orange Force Marine. By participating with us, you consent to full release of this imagery with the understanding it may be used for marketing purposes on social media or our website.

  • Privacy Policy

We take your personal information seriously. All contact information and personal details provided with your booking remains confidential and will not be shared with other businesses or organizations in accordance with the Privacy Act of Canada.

  • Food and Drink Policy

Based on the nature of the tour, you won’t have time or an opportunity to consume food or drinks onboard. Coupled with vessel motion, we want to avoid spills, so food and drinks are generally not permitted. Longer tours (1 hr) or special passenger needs may allow for the embarkation of water bottles onboard. Contact us for special requirements or details. You’ll need all your hands free throughout the tour, food and drink should to be consumed before or after the tour.

  • Smoking and Vaping Policy

For the comfort and safety of all our passengers and crew, smoking or vaping is prohibited onboard the vessel.

  • Drugs and Alcohol Policy

The consumption of drugs or alcohol onboard our vessels and throughout the tour is prohibited.

Passengers suspected as being under the influence of drugs and alcohol will not be permitted to participate in the tour for their own safety. Passenger participation onboard is at the sole discretion of the Captain without refund.

  • Pet Policy

Animals or pets are not permitted onboard the vessel during tours as we cannot guarantee their safety or their reaction to other passengers or crew members,
